When the box opens, a chapter closes.
There has been a bit of a quiet period because I had some work to do.
Starting in September 2025 I began the Focus Path YouTube Channel. Now 8 months later I have something to show for it.
Before I could come back here and continue writing, and before I could move on to what’s next, I had to put a bow on ADHD medication optimization. That was the topic of my 7th video and was the first “breakout” on YouTube. I just kept creating and kept creating because I knew the information was valuable. After all, my private practice was full.
Since then there has been pay to play, humans getting in the way, and much more of an information gap than I realized. Before I could stop talking about the internet, I had to make sure I taught the tools of media literacy (with Mobster energy).
I can see now, the powers that be will gradually open the algorithmic gates to the library of content I have created. What I did not understand until recently, all those clicks views and watch hours come from a relatively small group of people.
